Personalized Cryostimulaion Treatment (PCT)

The PCT procedure is an authorial method devised by cryotherapy and physiology specialists. It’s based on a personalized approach to an all-body cryotherapy as an efficient form of a biological renewal characterized by an optimum application of a degree of cold and period of time, while taking into account the current needs of a person’s body.

The main goal of the PCT procedure is to focus on each athlete individually and recover them after a physical effort in the shortest time period possible.

The PCT procedure starts with the whole-body examination of our patient and an analysis of special parameters. After defining his personal needs, we adjust the parameters in a cryochamber (time and temperature) in order to fully regenerate the body before the next training session.

Recovery is crucial for athletes

In difficult situations, when athletes compete numerous times over several days, enhancing recovery may prove a crucial advantage.

Now recovery enhancement can be possible at every training and competition center thanks to our mobile cryotherapy chamber. Whole-body cryostymulation becomes a common practice among athletes involved in a variety of sports. Our mobile cryotherapy chamber can fit up to 4-5 users.

Fast and effective biological renewal thanks to PCT

Our mobile cryochamber was used by the polish football team during preparations for the EURO 2016 championship in France. It was designed for sport groups and events and is a great choice for sport clubs of various disciplines.

A definite asset of our mobile cryochamber is that it fits up to 5-6 people and can reach a temperature of -160°C in around 10 minutes. This allows large groups of people to undergo cryochamber treatments in short periods of time. The cargo trailer that contains mobile crychamber comes with a changing room, including everything needed to perform treatments (wear, clogs). The device guarantees constant temperatures for the whole body, excluding the head, while using up small amounts of gas.

Our offer

Everyone can undergo a treatment in a cryochamber, but not everyone is fortunate enough to noticeably profit from it.

Use of systemic cryotherapy in sports training

Systemic use in a year-round
training cycle:

  • ↥ aerobic physical capacity and anaerobic power
  • ↥ physical condition and exercise tolerance
  • ↥ overall body hardiness
  • reduction of infections
  • ↥ production and release of testosterone
  • ↥ muscle strength and endurance
  • ↥ production of endorphins „the hormones of happiness”
  • better mood and regulation of sleep and wakefulness rhythms
  • better collagen quality (protein that builds ligaments, tendons)
  • injury prevention

Emergency use between
trainings/games:

  • ↥ active tissue congestions
  • acceleration of after-training regeneration
  • ↥ readiness for further stresses and strains
  • ↥ exercise tolerance and match endurance
  • ↧ fatigue
  • Accelerating injury healing
  • Increased efficiency of skeletal muscle contractions
  • better parameters of players in terms of endurance, strength-speed agility and hardiness
